Terrible cancelled my order after it being ordered over 20 mins and then didnt pick up the phone. Kid-friendliness: No kids meals

Extremely disappointing. Oxtail was chewy and tough and needed to cook for longer. Lacked seasoning and flavour. Chicken nibbles were dry as if they were sitting there all day. Wont recommend and wont be back. Edit: As you can see from the response from the restaurant they do not take accountability. Oxtail comes from one the same part of the animal. If some pieces are big and some are small it may cause uneven cooking hence why you should get the pieces cut as equally as you can. Even the smallest pieces of the oxtail were tough and chewy. Regardless of what you want to say you missed the mark that day. Accept it and grow from it instead of trying to make excuses.
