This company washed my car since I moved to Luton then I moved with them when they brought another location. I wash my car regularly at this location. However they went on and brought another location not far from this one and set different men to run the business. Unfortunately I brought my car here twice in one week and the second time 235 worth of perfumes were STOLEN out of my car! I have had multiple conversations with the owners about what had happened and they told me different evidence they had regarding this situation, I was told things will get sorted. However, I recently tried to review the outcome and there was no outcome I was told that thief does not happen in this place. I was told by the owner prior that people work there that they do not trust 100%. This situation have left me VERY UPSET WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO REPORT IT TO YHE POLICE! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE OR NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH TO ANYONE I KNOW!
