Recently had a repair completed on my camera by the guys at Luton Camera and had a great experience. Had a mechanical Fault with my Bronica which my local camera repair store was not able to service. Completed the form on line describing the fault and got a quote for the repair the next day. During the call confirming the repair, Allan took note of a holiday coming up and would try and work to that date. The shop completed the repairs in time and I got to enjoy using my camera on a trip to the Faroe Islands. All around great service, transparent about completion time which wasn't unreasonable for this camera at 3 weeks. Final cost was exactly as quoted. Camera was returned well packed with one day signed for delivery. Finding Camera Repairs services of this quality is hard in this day and age and I am glad I sent my camera to Luton Camera Repair.

I recently bought a second-hand lens on eBay. Given it was rather pricey, I wanted to ensure that the lens was in perfect condition internally. I emailed Luton camera Repair Services and received a reply within minutes inviting me to bring the lens in-store so they can check for me. The lady who served me was absolutely lovely and took my lens upstairs to be inspected over by the guys. She also helped me to buy a front and rear lens cap to help keep my lens in perfect condition. I cannot fault the service, and it's a store I shall continue to return too. I encourage anyone reading this review to also do the same! You shall be well looked after and your camera equipment in the safest of hands. They do not charge to look over internals of camera equipment unlike bigger conglomerates out there who would. May I personally thank the hard work from the team, the lads upstairs and of course the lovely lady running the store downstairs. I left feeling 100% happy and would come back again soon! THANK YOU !!
