Jamie Gardner should not be a CEO. Unable to communicate with customers, rude, unhelpful and illiterate. Would not recommend this company. Happy to charge extras upon extras without proof or reasonable grounds. AVOID!

Avoid this rip off company they take your money and dont deliver what you pay for. Had a coach booked for the whole day to London to be told on the way there the coach would not be staying and to take everything with us as another coach would pick us up later..so we had to carry all our bags with us all day. After several calls & emails I finally got told the drivers number and called to arrange our pick up. When we got to the coach it was not the executive coach we ordered there was no toilet either so with disabled passengers all the way back to Clacton on sea the poor driver had to make several stops which wasnt ideal or safe on the hard shoulder of a motorway..I emailed the company a couple of times to receive an offer of 50 as we were returned (eventually) to the drop off point and implying I should be great full for that.. I was also told that they could of just cancelled my booking well I wished they had if they couldnt deliver the service I was promised now emails are just being ignored by Stephen how rude and unprofessional they take your money fast enough and cram other jobs in between yours total shambles of a company..
