Build delayed due to component missing & Wickes refusing to help: We spent nearly 23,000 with Wickes for a kitchen, en-suite bathroom, family bathroom and WC. An expensive component worth nearly 500 by itself (a chrome shower/tap) was not delivered and Wickes is now washing their hands off the problem and saying we are on our own and that we need to resolve directly with Bristan the supplier! We expected better to be honest. Our kitchen is due to be delivered next week and we are really worried based on this bad experience
