I was lucky enough to deal with Lee Wadsworth who was excellent from start to finish despite my not so easy requests. The car was handed over to me in exceptional condition and even though it was a used car purchase it felt like a new car buying experience. Lee even collected me from Luton train station to save me a taxi ride. He represents exactly what the car buying experience should be, personable and knowledgable whilst remaining completely pressure free. If I ever need another car from the Sytner Group Lee will be my first port of call, despite living 100 miles from Luton!

I have visited sytner Luton on 11/4/2023 as its my local bmw dealer. Upon my visit I had a conversation over the phone with person called Nicky . I have explained that i have bought brand new bmw a week ago, and I noticed a little crack on leather sit. She advised me that car need to have a quick inspection before they could authorise repairs under warranty. On the day when I arrived at the branch I gave my keys to the same person I spoke over the phone. However, shortly after she told me that my brand new car doesnt have any warranty, she also said she couldnt read the key fob. I was advised to go back to a dealer where I got my car from. She also told me that the crack on brand new bmw would not be covered under warranty, as its not mechanical or electrical defect . I was quite shocked by what she said. Immediately I contacted bmw stephen James where I bought my car and was reassured that my car have full warranty and also they could see from their site that key fob was scanned at bmw in Luton. I had to travel 60 miles to a dealer I got car from where they did inspect my car and booked me in for a warranty leather sit replacement without any issues. The service I was provided by Nicky at sytner luton is absolutely shocking, I cant even call it a service as wasnt given one. Its a shame I cant use my local anymore after spending thousands of pounds on service with them over the years. I just dont feel like I can get customer service there anymore. Now I need to travel far, find time and spend a lot more money on petrol to travel to another bmw for the services I am supposed to get in the local bmw.
