        Went into the shop to choose a bed ,the guy I think is called Mr Shah,very rude.Bad customer service.I think he had language barrier as he could not understand what I was asking for.I do not reccomend this company.

        Customer Service was ok but after care servive a disgrace, bought a 350 mattress, it was supposed to be medium firm, it was more like rock hard, only had it for 3days, he flatly refused to refund or exchange due to covid....do not buy from him, he is a disgrace
