I apologize to report that my experience with the henna artist on Chand Raat was not satisfactory. The customer service provided was below expectations, and I felt that the artist was rude during our interaction. Additionally, the henna designs applied on my hands were not of good quality, and unfortunately, the overall outcome was not as expected. Furthermore, I was charged 12 for that design for the service despite the unsatisfactory results. I would appreciate it if appropriate measures could be taken to address this issue.

Ive been coming here for many years now for Botox and eyelashes . Maria and arman always give me the prettiest set . Manjit has treated me so well over the years and genuinely cares about giving you the best results. And will always give you the best to. I now class her as a dear friend and see how hard she works and loves whats she does and is well deserved of rewards . I couldnt go anywhere else . The other ladies always say hello by my name and Ive never met half of them so that make me feel so welcome thankyou ladies x sarah

Sorry I hope this is looked at as feedback and not hate I had my lashes done from expressions & they fell off within 25 hours and I was quite grateful they did as I didnt feel comfortable. Eyelash glue definitely needs to be changed
