Ive had both my lips and Botox done at escape. Originally at Blenheim, then at the dental practise and finally at the clinic.
The Botox on both occasions has not worked at all. The first time I had it I had a top up which made a small bit of difference. On the second occasion I didnt and the treatment has made zero difference. I did contact them to discuss a top up but wasnt aware that there was a specific top up period that the Botox can work in. Beyond that point it wouldnt be effective. I was advised 2-3 weeks as minimum for a top up but was never once told that if it went beyond that treatment wouldnt be advised. I did contact escape and I found the contact to be quite abrasive, almost insinuating I had clearly been made aware (I wasnt). I was offered a top up but was told it would counteract what I already had. In hindsight I shouldve taken it given ghat my Botox has not worked at all. The appointment I had was no more than 10mins from start to finish. I was told the botox I was having was a new trial product that was sure to give great results and be effective very quickly, but I really doubt the veracity of this claim.
I have previously had my lips done with escape. The first time I had them done my bruising was so severe I genuinely thought I had a vascular occlusion and had to contact them. They were really good on that occasion but it was a real anxiety inducing experience. That being said my second appointment was more successful albeit I have had better results elsewhere.
I hate to be negative as I know there are a lot of happy customers but to me this is experience has been an absolute waste of time and money that I feel couldve been better spent elsewhere. It is interesting that all the negative reviews suggest theyd have been treated in a similar way but the responses are vehement denials and are turned back onto the customer. The point of this is to give an honest opinion of my experience with escape and just to make sure people are well informed when deciding which aesthetics practitioner to chose.
ETA - Aniqah, the only discussion we had at my last appointment was you coming into the treatment room trying to up sell a payment package to me. Your mum did my treatment so when you say you clearly remember telling me, you are clearly confusing me with another person.
-If you think the appointment was 30 mins then thats nonsense, check your cctv.
-Your suggestion of offering multiple appointments is ridiculous. I can easily screenshot messages!! We simply couldnt make a time work. The maximum time between messages was 4 days. Regardless, that isnt the crux of this - the crux is that you never have explained that Botox top ups are only effective within two weeks. You can say until youre blue in the face youve had this conversation with me but its simply not fact.
I anticipated this type of reply. My advice would be to take feedback on the chin and accept the fact your service fell below par this time. Rather than trying to paint me to be some sort of fantasist.

Mother and daughter team were extremely inviting- caring about making me feel comfortable and well informed.
I have received the exact treatment elsewhere and unfortunately did not have a great experience. I therefore was reluctant and skeptical to repeat the procedure.
Escape Aesthetic provided the confidence I needed to try again.
The treatment was extremely affordable and effective. To say Im completely thrilled is an understatement.
