        On my lunch break I usually go to Greggs next to Cex. The staff are always pleasant and friendly but today Bryc a member of your staff went above and beyond with his excellent manners and his lovely present. You are very lucky to have someone like him working for yourselves.

        Friendly place. If you buy a pastry, pizza, sausage roll ect in store after 4pm you get a drink for just 20p extra.

        They charged me for 2 star biscuits along with Donuts but didnt handed over to my son. I had my three other kids with me and was busy to look after them. Also they dont give you customer copy of your card payment. When I asked them on phone to refund me the money of two star biscuits the lady who was very rude on phone refused to do so and asked me to come back to get refund. When I told I live far away and my petrol cost will be more than the cost of biscuits she put the phone down. Very disappointed
