We had a great experience using Completely Sound as our expert sound consultant in opposing a planning application for a Nursery next door. The service was highly professional, and forensic in its detailed rebuttal/demolition of the Applicant's own expert submission. We were on a tight deadline of just three days, and Ben worked tirelessly for very long, anti-social hours to ensure this deadline was met. A first class service, reasonably priced and delivered very well. Thoroughly recommended. We worked with Ben at Completely Sound to establish the baseline acoustic environment of our home and to seek his assessment of the acoustic submissions of a major development next door. We felt helpless not being able to understand / challenge the acoustic submissions without our own acoustic professional. Incredibly knowledgeable, unwaveringly honest, wonderfully personable. We could not have asked for a better combination. The reports we received were well structured and succinct. We presented them to the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames council. Ben explained everything we needed to know and also spoke with the local Environmental Health Officer on our behalf. Thoroughly recommended.
