        Took my money and didn't find me one appointment. Chased for refund but surprise surprise they are not answering their phones.

        Useless. Over 9 months and all they can manage is 1 sibgle appointment. They seem to think we have to wait indefinitely until they produce the remaining 9 appointments, even if that takes 8 years (based on their current rate of progress). Would definitely not recommend.
