Smiling and feeling great were somewhat allusive before I started working with Georgia. Her life coaching skills have changed me for the better! She always listened and understood every feeling and emotion I had and helped and advised with varying methods. I cant thank her enough or advocate her life coaching sessions enough!

Georgia is amazing! She puts you at ease and makes the lessons fun, while knowing exactly how to make everyone feel welcome, no matter their previous experience level. I've never felt more looked after than in my lessons with her, and I learnt how to do loads of yoga positions I didn't know before. Couldn't recommend her more.

Having never done yoga in my life, and being incredibly unfit I was anxious about my first session. But I needn't have been! Georgia is so welcoming and calm, I felt at ease instantly. She didn't draw attention to my inability to follow simple directions and made the entire experience a joy. I floated out after the session and look forward to the next! Highly recommended, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Georgia is such a joyous influence, her classes are clear calm and mindful. She allows you to connect on a personally level and I think that's really important with everything thats going on in the world, during and post pandemic, when we all need a little bit of that. And a little bit of that gooooooood stretching!
