        In good faith paid deposite of 120 in cash for replacment of internal cushions. Left 2 text messages and 2 voice mail,asking when the work could be done no reply. I then sent text as you have not had the courtesy to reply i have lost trust in you and please cancel the order and refund my deposit. This did get a reply only to say that as i cancelled the order she was entitled to keep the deposit, nice thing to do to a pensioner
