        Only one taxi service in Ludlow which was really helpful during the traine strike! I called everywhere, but nobody wanted to give me a lift to Birmingham airport. Fortunately I called to TJ. Thank you very much

        Did not turn up to pick us up, despite being booked two days in advance, switched phone off so uncontactable, caused us to be late for a wedding. Appalling service, AVOID.
