We were sat under a dirty fake flower display with cobwebs and fruit flies attached, our server shared they had arguments with the chef over their handwriting so they took 5mins to write down our food order, we waited nearly an hour to receive a bread with balsamic vinegar glaze in cheap olive oil, the calamari was over cooked and was extremely chewy. The chef had a brown apron that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The vodka tonic came with a tesco own brand soda can. Plus we got to listen to ganham style, cotton eyed Joe and many more through out our experience- not the romantic dinner for two experience we had planned.
We love to support local places, so I hope this can help the owners to make changes so they can enjoy a thriving business as you can see it has so much potential.
