Wicked Storage and Removals

We used Wicked to remove our belongings to storage today. The three chaps that turned up were professional, polite and very attentive. Seamless service and careful consideration to our awful packing!! We cannot fault Wicked in any way and we will use them to move from storage. 11 out of 10 Guys!!!!!! Thank you Jason, your guys are superb!!!

Hired these for a small flat move to a house, when I called to arrange I had spoken to a man who claimed it was 75 (plus any petrol used) for a Luton van for the hour with 2 men, I was told it would be from 8am, I even mentioned that it wouldnt use much petrol as I'm only moving a 2 minute drive away.. they arrived on time, did the job well, one even accepted a hot drink from a neighbour, then when asking for payment they asked for 240! I had them from 8am till 10:10am when I made the payment. Not sure as to why it was so much I rang for them to tell me that I have to pay for them to get to me (which wasn't stated when I hired them) when I received my invoice it also showed I payed for them to get home plus 15 petrol! Bear in mind Tenbury to Ludlow isn't that far, I wasn't told that I would be paying for the travel expenses for them to get to me and for them to get home! It's not even stated on the website. I even have witnesses to when I made the phonecall to hire them as moving house is stressful enough and expensive when your on a low income and it took me a long time to save. Maybe next time explain your charges before booking someone in and add it to your website. Not even as much as an apology from them either

Excellent service. Would highly recommend Wicked Removals. The 2 chaps that collected a very large, very heavy piece of furniture for us from an address near Bridgnorth and bought it back to Craven Arms area, were professional and polite in every way. Thank you Wicked
