        We'd wanted to go to Ludlow for ages, and how lucky we were to find and stay at Stone Cottage. The cottage is tucked away in a perfect location right on the spot for exploring the town, we could eat in or out al fresco in the lovely private outside space or in one of the wonderful foodie places in Ludlow, and then relax in the very attractive conservatory or the comfortable sofas in the sitting room. The owners have thought of everything we may need to enjoy our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds and super comfortable. The cottage was immaculately clean. Really it felt like a particularly nice home from home, an oasis in busy lives! In addition, her parents who live nearby, invited us to see their absolutely delightful garden. Lovely old walls, winding paths, fragrant flowers and shrubs, sparkling lawns and cool leafy corners. A big thank you to Jayne for all the thoughtfulness which give us such a happy week. We left wishing we could stay for longer. The Bartons
