Used to be a shambles but service has improved significantly since the new pharmacist manager took over. There was clearly an initial period of fire fighting, now they are still going through some hiccups but it is obvious by the improved level of service, staff morale and how much more organised the space is that they are on the way to becoming an excellent pharmacy. I give the new pharmacist manager a big thanks for the huge undertaking. Keep going, Ludlow desperately needs a good pharmacy. It is worth remembering that people are more inclined to write a review whenever they have a negative experience. Wishing the whole team all the very best!

Complete waste of time, staff are useless. They kick everyone out for dinner won't serve after 5.45 despite being open until 6.30. They take forever to serve you as have no staff. After waiting 30 mins didn't have basic medication stocked and the place is dirty and a complete mess.

If I could give this a minus score I would do. Had a prescription in their possession for a week and hadnt bothered to order anything on it. I only found out when I rang to see if I could collect the items they then decided to check the availability only to find out their supplier was out of stock so I had to pick up the prescription and take it elsewhere. The young girl who dealt with us had a very bad attitude and personally I dont feel she is suited for this type of work environment. She needs to go on a course for customer relations.
