        I had an eye test last November and was prescribed new glasses. The frame I chose was not satisfactory and I kept going back to the shop to have it adjusted. In the end they suggested that I choose another frame and they would make up newglasses for me. So I'm very pleased with the service I got. Thank you Specsavers Ludlow!

        Great service from Ellie. I visited without appointment with broken music reading glasses not provided by Specsavers. Ellie found new frames to fit the lenses.

        Total total rip off, my advise to anyone, pay for your eye test, get your prescription and buy your glasses online, alot lot cheaper, no customer service, they just want as much money as they can get out of you, never never use them again,
