This is a traditional, personal service based and family run Motorhome dealership. Bought my first ever van from them during COVID and had an excellent experience. I have a Burtsner dealership on my doorstep in Portsmouth but will still happily drive the 400 mile round trip for servicing and no hassle warranty work at Morans. Have just taken delivery of a new motorhome from this dealer, and cannot speak highly enough of the service we received, in terms of keeping us informed of pre-delivery progress, vehicle handover and resolution of those inevitable minor niggles that arise from the complexities of such vehicles. Cheers all - hope you enjoyed the Welsh cakes! Update - a technical problem arose with our new motorhome (the combi boiler wouldn't start up) on a bank holiday weekend a matter of days before we were due to travel to France. My desperate email was picked up and replied to by Scott Moran whilst on holiday in Ireland, and he followed it up with a phone call as soon as they opened after the bank holiday asking me if I could take the motorhome in that day, which I did. A couple of hours later the faulty component was identified and replaced, the heating system was thoroughly tested, and we were back in business. Customer Service par excellence.
