        Goods ordered in November for Christmas with stated delivery of 2 weeks still havent turned up in 3rd week of January. Customer service and communication has been poor or lacklustre at best. For sure I wont buy from them again!

        Wow! What a treat shopping in this store!! Looking for Georg Jensen. Great choice, no problem trying anything on. Went in for one ring, came out with two. Dianne Yates is fabulous!!!

        Made a purchase online on 27th August, on the 30th I received an email to say there had been an error (no further explanation) and they did not have the item I had ordered. It's now the 16th September and I have still not received a refund for my order. Will not be using this retailer again, suggest to stay away!
