        Service was very good initially, given a reasonable price for a replacement tyre, which was "all in." Then when paying I was presented with a surprise 15.00 charge for a locking wheel nut removal even though the "all in" price was quoted after the wheel had been removed, and was quoted by the person who removed it! Then found out after paying this was excluding VAT. Also told we couldn't use Blue Light card because it was online only, but saw in another review they had helped someone use their Blue Light card!? Disappointing.

        Called in for 2 new tyres. Price was good and they fitted them immediately. I wouldn't recommend them for fixing anything. There was a metallic rattle coming from one of the brakes. They had a look and told me the front brakes were sticking a bit. So a new brake caliper was fitted but the noise was still there. It turned out one of the metal clips on the rear brake had become stuck between the pad and the disc. In the process of taking the wheel off they broke the locking wheel nut key.
