Since joining slimming world I've lost over 7 n half stone best thing I ever did my heath has improved 90% there is no judging or embarrassment nice and friendly group with everyone there to help each other xx

Slimming world is Fantastic. Do It! You wont regret it. What makes it better is having a great consultant. Michelle is without a doubt a great consultant. I was so nervous. I was scared of being looked at or comments being made about my size. I was so wrong to be worried. Michelle was and is so welcoming, supportive and just so friendly and relatable. She knows what its like. She knows the struggles and importantly she knows how to help you overcome them! Everyone is really friendly, kind and encouraging. I always look forward to going to group. The plan works when followed correctly and the atmosphere in group is a good pick me up and motivator for the week ahead. I definitely recommend staying to group for 'Image Therapy' after weigh in. I think it makes a difference. If youre thinking about joining, do it, you really wont regret it.

Michele has never failed any of the members in her capacity as group leader. She always provides excellent advice, inspirational talks and is prompt in helping with any issues. She has maintained fantastic customer care and service over the years. You cannot fault her and its obviously that this is not just a business venture , but someone who does care whilst providing what she knows to an aid to health and mental health. The meeting are always friendly and without any judgment, helpers of Michele have always provided good and discreet customer care. You can have confidence that what occurs in meeting is not disclosed outside and that theres respect and warmth between members. The venue provides for the needs of the disabled with a toilet and level access though only one exit is suitable. Although this venue is a church, its not filled with religious objects of worship nor promotional material, so works very well for non religious gatherings. There is adequate parking and is very close to ludlow town center, it does provide a degree of privacy so those who feel embarrassed or ashamed can be assured a degree of privacy.
