The company were totally unprofessional at sorting out a serious problem with the heating and when confronted they just gave notice to tenants who were brave enough to complain, instead of trying to solve the issue.
They also charged a restoration fee for each office even though there was no restoration required. Tenants who wished to move into another office in the building still have to pay this restoration fee even though they are just moving to a different room.
They also charge for communication at 80 per month plus Vat even if you have your own internet supplier. There is only guaranteed parking for favoured tenants!
The management of the Ludlow site changed approximately every six months and you never knew who was dealing with problems.
There is absolutely no phone signal for any provider in the building so you have to pay extra for a boost box to be fitted!
My advice is read the small print on your license BEFORE you sign it and if you think you can afford the extras!!! GOOD LUCK
