Unfortunately not so good. I bought a top from here this week that was on sale. I took it home to try on, and felt it wasn't for me. Went back the next day and they told me I couldn't have a refund but I could exchange it. Didn't have the time to look for something else that day but went back again the following day to be told that they don't exchange sale items. This is really bad as the sales assistant knew I lived in Canada and didn't inform me of this. This is really bad service as I love to shop in independent stores, but feel this is extremely disappointing and totally puts me off! Won't be shopping there again and will be discouraging my local to Ludlow friends and family as well!!
