School Leavers Company

I set up an online shop for a group of us from uni to order some personalised hoodies for a ski trip. They're so comfortable and we're all really happy with the quality. They were perfect for travelling and getting a photo in on the slopes!

Send me a small hoodie which was meant to be 9-10 but fitted my 7 year old.I measured it and sent pictures and product back but then they try to make out I measured it wrong and sent Item back.Rude customers and company and the hoodie is of no use to me.I will in future get it privately printed and never use this company again.The printing is also peeling off but they don't care about the customers as its all money making.I work for a law firm so will be taking this matter further to teach these very rude company a lesson DO NOT USE THEM AS THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I have never dealt with such a rude company before. They sent the item out with no printing on the back as ordered. When we contacted them they were unhelpful and very rude to us. It was simply unacceptable. When a company make a mistake they should be accepting and helpful not rude and sarcastic. The quality is terrible for the high price. I suggest people consider using a company with good customer service. A real shame as it was a school leavers jumper. Disappointing !

Very rude and unprofessional people. This company employees should have basic trainings on how to speak to customers! Already missed delivery time; which in effect my son missed the school photo. The hoodie damaged in the production and god knows when the new hoodie will arrive. Zero apology and very rude lady asked Do you want to cancel the order?! for what sake? You are dealing with school kids garments and have no manners on how to talk to their parents. If you are school teacher or head teacher then I would request you to please please reconsider before appointing this company to avoid disappointments.

Our year 6 hoodie has just turned up and the printing of the writing looks really un tidy. Emailed the company and the only feedback we have been given is talk to our organiser as that's the design that has been chosen. As a company this is not your normal standard and I would be thinking that you should be checking all orders and if they dont look right questioning your designs.
