THIS IS A SCAM the owners have left but are still taking bookings and my money. they don't have any rooms. it was a nightmare, obviously we had to urgently run around Ludlow trying to find somewhere to stay. I hope this review helps someone else not loose their money as well.

I would give this place no star's if I could but i was turned away after i booked to stay at The Bull Hotel for my husband's 50th and had pay to stay at another hotel. Do not book this hotel!! No one is answering the phone or emails absolutely disgusting service. I am struggling to get my money back as no one at the hotel is sorting this problem out! They are just turning people away when they turn up to check in. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

We were booked in for a 2 night stay at the the Bull Ludlow we have stayed here numerous times over the years the booking was confirmed through Agoda, however when we arrived on the day 19th March 2023 the Bull was closed up and the people had gone we were given no warning or any courtesy call from the Bull to say our booking was cancelled, we were unaware that when we arrived we would have no where to stay. Disgusting ......Thankfully after our search the Townhouse Ludlow helped us out they had a room available they were lovely. We will never book with the Bull ever again . If anyone else has booked with The Bull please check.. very upset customer
