Extremely happy with the service given by Mark and his team. Evie and Ellie were always helpful and cheerful. We had a most unusual historic property to sell and Im glad to report that eventually we were successful selling to a charming celebrity who decided to try out the local areas many attractions. Listing our house created a great deal of interest despite the quiet market and many people viewed, drawn by the beautiful photographs that we will treasure in the future as a lovely reminder of our home. We showed around many delightful people and some less so but throughout the process everything thrown at the team was handled smoothly and professionally. We sold for the asking price despite a falling market so Marks valuation & negotiating skills were spot on.

Mark and Evie were helpful and responsive , always answering our questions and requests promptly. Our house purchase proceeded very smoothly indeed and we are grateful for the significant part they played in this. Their marketing materials and website were excellent and gave an accurate representation of the house we bought. Mark Wiggin Estate Agents were a delight to deal with. They went above and beyond with their enthusiasm and commitment to sell our property. The photos and marketing far exceeded our expectations, (which made the property look fantastic and we firmly believe this helped with getting the viewings!) , followed by an abundance of appointments with an amazing final offer. The communication between us, them and the buyer made the whole process an enjoyable one from start to finish. Despite a few unforeseen challenges, the team guided all parties through with professionalism and a calm approach. Always prompt - Amazing!.
