found this shop today, me and hubby visited ludlow for the first time in years, saw a beautiful eternity ring in the window, had to try it, The sales assistant dave was amazing, bless him, he was really patient with me as there were a few that caught my eye once i got inside, he was really informative about all the rings i tried, told me what he knew of their history, value, quality, hallmark etc, really knew his stuff, its rare you find customer service like that. thank you for your time today dave and i will be popping back for that watch lol.

I fell in love with a ruby and diamond ring in the window from this shop . It was 1,450 So not cheap but beautiful. fitted me perfectly. So my hubby bought it for me. Pre loved But when I got it home I noticed a dent on the side . Which the man how sold it must of known about I do wish out of decency he would pointed it out. I still love the ring but hope it doesn't change the value. I'm going to get it valued .by a different jeweller. Shame thought he was genuine.
