Great petrol station, got great costa coffee machine, does bakery & savory hot snacks, good selection of food and drinks, a real good car wash. Staff are always helpful and friendly

I have been here several times and the staff are lovely, however today I was refunded the sale of ibuprofen by a particular member of staff as I didnt have ID. The age restriction set on medication is 16 years of age. Im 27 had my car keys in hand which should of indicated I was well over the required age. I just thought that the member of staff who refused to sell me pain medication should be made aware of this age restriction.

Probably the worst customer Service I Ludlow, couldn't buy a paper with TV listing because girl hadn't finish counting them....how difficult would it be to add one on!
