We have just purchased our dream home through Cob Amos and couldn't be happier with the service they provided. The whole process was so smooth and very professional, the best estate agents we have ever dealt with. Sinead did an amazing job of keeping us informed at all times and keeping the process moving for a quick sale. Can't recommend and thank them enough.

``One of the best estate agents we have used``is amongst the many expressions of praise appended here though we would go further and say that not only Cobb Amos but Gari Holden and her Ludlow team are the best estate agents we have ever used. Beyond that other clients with similar experiences have pre-empted almost everything we want to say other than for us to underline and praise highly the end-to-end efficiency and utter professionalism of Cobb Amos people and processes. When things go to plan this is undoubtedly their business-as-usual standard but what sets Gari and her team ahead and apart from the norm is how they go above and beyond when a sale becomes unpredictable and runs into difficulties. Cobb Amos is a business of distinction from the choice of company colours and typeface through to the presentation and quality of properties in its branches and is reflected in its equally tasteful and authoritative online presence.
