        Booked car in for diagnostics few days prior, dropped off at 08:30 and said I would be in local area till finished. After phoning in twice for an update throughout the day, to which they told me they hadnt got round to it yet. I decided to pop in at 16:30, they still hadnt done anything to my car. After seeing I was pretty angry they quickly moved stuff around and within 5 minutes had completed the diagnostics, then charged me 60 for the luxury. Took them 8.5 hours to do a 5 minute job, that they still couldnt fix for me. Tried to give me several excuses about how busy the day was but had they told me that when I dropped it off I couldve come back at a quieter time. Very poor customer services, very inconsiderate of their customers time, and terrible communication. Will NOT be using again.
