        Payment made by my finance company at 4.00 on Friday. Dealership have advised that I am not able to collect my car until Monday due to no-one working across the whole group who can check the bank account on Friday evening or over the weekend. Very disappointed with poor customer service.

        REFUSED TO SELL ME TWO BRAND NEW CARS BECAUSE I DONT LIVE CLOSE ENOUGH (RETURNING CUSTOMER) My father in-law and I purchased two brand new range rovers from here in 2019 and received excellent service, however I have just tried to buy two new range rover autobiographies and I have been told because I don't live in close proximity to the dealership that they will not sell me a car. silly me for trying to be a loyal customer.

        Lovely landrover dealership! I turned up on completely the wrong week for my MOT but they fit me in. Amazing customer service. Great staff. I didn't buy my landrover from them but will definitely use them for repairs and servicing and future purchases.
