I bought three lovely enamel beakers in different colours for my grandsons online from Black Bough. One grandson dropped his beaker six months later and it developed a fault I emailed to get advice and have been hugely impressed with the customer service I received. Extremely quick, kind and helpful responses with the unconditional offer of a refund or replacement with no hassle at all! My original colour was out of stock but again they very kindly helped me choose a similar one. They ordered them on May 8 th and they arrived at our door in perfect condition three days later. I just love them ...Beautifully crafted, light weight and extremely sharp.
