No joy from Flowfit, only promises of calling me back (which dont materialise) or blaming Fed Ex
As far as I am concerned, my contract is with Flowfit, and If I, the customer have not received the goods I paid for in good faith, then they need to either send the order again or refund me.
Edit - Thanks for your reply, but as I told one of your Sales people, I contacted customs at Dublin Airport and they informed me that the parcel was sitting there because of incomplete paperwork, and they had requested same from Fedex and it hasnt been provided. This salesperson told me he would get back to me that day, that was at least 3 days ago.
What exactly is the plan here? Leave the parcel I paid you in full for sitting there indefinitely in a 'not my problem' kind of way?
If Fedex wont assist on getting it cleared, then surely the answer is to get it returned and start all over again, or refund me.

When they eventually turned up the following week they had sent 1/4 couplers and not the 3/4 I had ordered. At this point I asked for a full refund and for them to arrange collection which they did.. however this was the 28th of March and as of the 12th April I Am still awaiting my refund. Shambles!!!

Delivery was quick, installation simply and now we back in action.
I can honestly say not witnessed service like this in years.
Simply Fantastic.
