Flowfit

Purchased 1560 worth of pumps on 21/02/23 and still not received on 31/03/23 No joy from Flowfit, only promises of calling me back (which dont materialise) or blaming Fed Ex As far as I am concerned, my contract is with Flowfit, and If I, the customer have not received the goods I paid for in good faith, then they need to either send the order again or refund me. Edit - Thanks for your reply, but as I told one of your Sales people, I contacted customs at Dublin Airport and they informed me that the parcel was sitting there because of incomplete paperwork, and they had requested same from Fedex and it hasnt been provided. This salesperson told me he would get back to me that day, that was at least 3 days ago. What exactly is the plan here? Leave the parcel I paid you in full for sitting there indefinitely in a 'not my problem' kind of way? If Fedex wont assist on getting it cleared, then surely the answer is to get it returned and start all over again, or refund me.

Very fast and reliable service. Ordered the part on Sunday night and I had it delivered in quality secure packaging first thing Tuesday morning. Highly recommended these guys from my experience.

Absolutely shocking service, would avoid at all costs. Ordered two 3/4 flat faced couplers and paid 14.99 delivery for next day as I needed them urgently. When they didnt turn up I rang to see where they were to be told they had done their bit and dispatched them and the fact that they hadnt arrived wasnt their problem. When they eventually turned up the following week they had sent 1/4 couplers and not the 3/4 I had ordered. At this point I asked for a full refund and for them to arrange collection which they did.. however this was the 28th of March and as of the 12th April I Am still awaiting my refund. Shambles!!!

We have a ramp in busy paint shop that developed fault with hydraulic unit that stopped ramp lowering. We had rough idea what was wrong with it, but do you think we could get the help we needed to get this part. I happened to stumble onto flow fit. Wow Wayne was brilliant confirmed our thoughts and fully explained how system works. Wayne then found us a solenoid valve that would be worth a try before replacing whole unit. Delivery was quick, installation simply and now we back in action. I can honestly say not witnessed service like this in years. Simply Fantastic.
