Stephen and the family were professional, extremely caring, dignified and thoughtful at our moment of need. Taking complete responsibility for all the arrangements for the funeral was much appreciated as it meant we could hand over the worry and concern to those that know what to do. Professional service provided with empathy, dignity and care. Stephen and the team were called upon twice within a year, as we lost both parents, and on both occasions their personal service helped us deal with our grief, with the confidence that all the funeral arrangements were in place and we had nothing to worry about. We cannot recommend Hoskins highly enough. Stephen, Angie and Rachel have been amazing throughout. Kind, patient and professional. We were able to give my brother in law a lovely funeral even during these difficult times with Covid restrictions. The ambiance at the bungalow Ludlow is also second to none, very relaxing and comforting . A big thank you from us all
