Very Poor Service! Shaun said he was going to attend a Job and never did, I assumed after 3 days and over 10 calls he was no longer interested.

I have used Shaun for both electrical and plumbing issues for about five or six years now. We had some issues with a previous plumber doing work which didn't last well or leaked - a shower which was leaking through the ceiling, some dodgy taps etc - and Shaun came and sorted them out and they are now trouble free. Since then he has fitted our downstairs bathroom alongside a general builder that he often partners with for bigger jobs, and he has done a bunch of small electrical jobs like new plug points, light fittings, a water heater for the kitchen sink, servicing our ground source heat pump, fitting a new water tank. I have also asked him to complete work at a school where I ran a community project so I had to be sure that the person I was bringing in would do a good job, because it was a school site and had to meet all of their standards and be competitive on price. He is good at telling you when it is not worth trying to save money on something because it will bite you later, and when you can get a cheaper model of something which will do the same job. His day rate is reasonable and I have always found him to be pleasant, friendly and reliable. He is always very busy so you do sometimes have to be patient and wait for a slot on a non urgent job, but he is great if you have a genuine emergency. Would unhesitatingly recommend Shaun.
