Awful service. Look at what we received compared to what we ordered We had to send the hoodies back after going back and forth with Jodie about how they were the right size. Jodie then asked us to send them back. They finally admitted it was wrong, but they couldnt change the size so we had to reupload the artwork even though they printed it wrong We then asked for a credit which does not show in our account. Jodie then didnt even credit our postage so we had to ask for that again. We then realised that we have been credited minus vat but were being charged vat on a new order. 1 month since our order and still ongoing. Absolute nightmare and worst customer service.

What a terrible website. I ordered a jacket with customised text. Added the text, location, size, font etc etc etc and a week later a plain jacket worth 2 turns up for 12 + and no knowledge of my actual order exists. Thankfully i can post it back, so they can print it again and send it back to me. Or just order from someone else with a website that works. Avoid!

Placed an order, but next day I was informed that monies paid are not covering the order. To proceed with my order I have to pay extra. I have told that site is misleading, but agreed to pay once the invoice is raised. After that received original invoice with monies paid and VAT included, plus line requesting extra monies to be paid with no VAT invoice and without proper description of what monies are paid for. Company trying to steal monies and avoid paying VAT!!!! Avoid!
