Great to see a store selling clothes made in the UK. My wife wanted the Josephine coat and it wasn't in stock but more are being made and I'm hoping for a phonecall soon!

Today I contact Douglas Attire as distributors of Bridge Bags, I am trying to have a Bridge Brief Case Zip mended. The Service and communication I received from Douglas Attire was 1st Class, he helped me no end even though he cannot fix the bag for me. He provide me with contact details for Bridge, explained how Bridge customer support operates extra. I did not buy my bag from Douglas Attire but should I ever wish, which I will buy another Bridge bag I will ensure that I contact them and look to put a sale through this organisation. Lovely man, who went over and above to try to help me, very rare service these days.
