        We had a wonderful stay at Whitfield House. The room is large and roomy, with a very comfortable bed, and the views of the countryside, and the castle area of Ludlow, from the window are stunning. We had full English breakfasts, which were very tasty and filling, particularly the Ludlow sausages. More importantly, we received a very warm and friendly welcome from the house proprietors, Sarah and Andrew, who put us completely at ease, always seemed to be available to us, and they gave us much useful about the local area. Having been extremely satisfied with our stay here, we would certainly like to stay at this guest house again. K M Welsh
