Absolutely brilliant salon cannot fault the service I get every single time I visit whether it's to have my hair done or have some beauty treatments. All staff are exceptional and treat you in a respectfully and friendly manner and they are all very professional . I've never had a bad experience so can highly recommend Quintessential . Keep up the great work Helen and the team as you are all awesome

I'd been waiting until I was less angry to post a fair review. This review is of the hierarchy rather than the stylists who worked on my hair. I came in early December for a full colour and although the junior stylist did a great job doing what the manager instructed, the manager made a decision I was unaware of based on my hair type without even looking at it herself or consulting me. Once my glasses were off I was unaware of the decision until the end. I want to thank the three stylists who did an 'emergency' bleach bath just before closing to remedy what had happened. I was particularly disappointed that instead of apologising for making a decision without my knowledge, the manager blamed my previous colour (which had no issues lifting where it had actually been bleached) and then joked after the bleach bath that the toner colour I had hoped for would look good now. The stylists were very helpful, kind and skilled; the manager was arrogant to make decisions without looking or speaking to the client. Service: Hair coloring
