Been going here for years and its always been good. But through Covid I must agree with the comment about the lady who operates weighbridge. She with argue, shes short and really makes you feel like telling her to stuff her products. Absolutely terrible to have her as the first contact with customers and really the face of the company. I wonder if the Earl Of Plymouth (the owner) knows of this problem that not only I have encountered. Real shame for a local established company.

I Visited Bromfield sand and gravel twice this week to inquire about some decorative gravel. BOTH times i was met by 2 different rude, unhelpful receptionists . I could see the office was busy but there is no excuse for down right poor customer service. In future i will purchase my decorative gravel from Homebase or B&Q where it might be a little more expensive but the employees might just have received some customer service training and the ability to greet a customer with good manners!

Placed order Friday short notice guys turned up on time Saturday morning as arranged my fault accessibility wasnt ideal my fault Guys took 7ton topsoil away returned Tuesday bang on time Shaun driver wouldnt allow me to help in any way company never complained or charge any extra I even after over ordering my fault again took away two bags no charge I highly recommend this company been in the building game 40 years cant remember when I got great service and value for money the reason I sent back two bags as a rule ton bags always short these bags full to the top
