Stayed in the cottage for a week. Cottage was spotless as the owner spends a large part of every Friday deep cleaning it (for covid regs). There is a large garden which I assume is south facing as it has sun all day. Managed to see the barn owns a couple of times but you have keep your eyes open as they are silent and quick. Sat in the garden for breakfast each morning (worth getting up before the kids to enjoy it in peace) the bath is amazing (if that is your thing, it is mine). I'm 6'1' and could cover myself fully up to my neck. We went for a walk to ruined st Benets cathedral / Abby thing and stopped off at The Dog for a pint on the way back (see separate review for pub). Ideally suited for some good beaches and Great Yarmouth (20 mins). TV reception not brilliant, but WiFi good, and why are you in doors at such a lovely location. My only suggestion is take some mosquito repellant if you are intending sitting out alot in the evening alot. The owned could not have been more helpful. Summary, would highly recommend for a weeks holiday.
