        Lovely holiday cottage, very comfortable beds, Clean as a whistle, lovely location 2 minutes walk to local store 7/8 mins to Ludham with the excellent Kings Arms pub and quality butchers shop, main fishing catches were Bream up to 5lb, will definitely go again.

        Excellent perfect quiet position. Fishing was very good. The property is comfortable, immaculate and very well equipped. Well positioned for local amenities. Booked again for next year.
