Frankly, despicable. The worst taxi company I have ever worked with. My guests arrived half an hour late for a wedding. A 10 minute journey took 45 mins. On the return journey I was threatened that my guests would not be taken home and left stranded because I did not have enough cash on me (despite what happened earlier). Bank transfer was refused, along with offers to pay in cash the next day. I have subsequently been accused of being intoxicated on the outbound journey hence the driver went to the wrong destination - I was not even in the taxi, and drove my own car to the wedding. Embarrassing.

Our experience of using Ady's taxi service was excellent. We needed a reliable, value for money service to take us from a pub restaurant in Newton Tony back to Ludgershall. Ady was extremely professional, and he offered us a fixed price; he also followed up my call with a text back offering a couple of options depending on the time. He arrived to pick us up on the dot and even sent a text to let us know he was there. A very enjoyable ride back and good conversation. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ady and his outstanding service.

Told the driver where we wanted to go and he still carried on as if we were going to tidworth..taxi was stinking of smoke with empty beer bottles in the back, seats were filthy, taxi driver didnt offer any help to an 83 year old lady even when she was loading shopping into the taxi, charged us more for him messing up and taking us the completely wrong way. Normally taxi drivers have a sat nav showing the way..wont use again
