I am new to the rental market. I needed to find a place really fast. Initially, they were fast and responsive. It was a bit frustrating that the process of renting wasn't fully explained to me and I found out by trial and error that added some stress to an already very stressful situation. Overall I'm satisfied with the service I received. Despite some overlooked requests to the team, long turnaround to urgent queries, some confusion when I went to collect they keys and unclear messaging - they got the job done.

I found an Each of the staff have their own way of working together or use their own initiative to make the team standout. Their communications and work ethics are first class!! They have worked very closely with me Specially "Hannah" with all aspects to deliver an end results. Hannah is an absolute super star who made the transition to the perfection from start to completion from both side. I must express she is absolute an asset to this well grown family run business. I had a viewing today with Molly, rental team, at a local property and I must say she is amazing at her job. She really helped to sell the property to me and had the answer to any questions that I had. She was very professional and approachable and has helped to make the rental process a lot easier. She is a massive asset to the team at Brockenhurst.
