Cant rate both Tony and Wendy highly enough. Tony guided us through the purchase of a property ( Buy to let) something wed never done before he then handed us over to Wendy who found us excellent tenants and again guided us through the rules and regulations, culminating in them fully managing the property. Completely stress free.

Castle were amazing! We were put in a difficult situation where previously had two house pull out on us, one being on exchange day! We managed to find a house through castles with our mortgage offer running out Tony turned it around for us in 6 weeks which was unbelievable! Cant recommend them enough!!

Highly recommend Castles Ludgershall! We first used Castles when we bought our first house via them. We were so impressed with them that when we had to rent the house out due to moving for work, we both agreed we would only want to let it out with Castles. Wendy in Lettings is very helpful and made everything very easy for us. When we knew we could no longer return to the area due to work and decided to sell the house, again, we knew we'd only use Castles. They are always on the end of the phone, or call back when they say they will, they are responsive via email, and are always on the ball. Tony in sales is professional, personable, diligent and proactive. We asked a few other estate agents for valuations alongside Castles, and Tony was the only one who came back to us straight away - we had to chase all the others - and that in a nutshell is why we knew we would stick with them to sell the property. In the 3 years we have been dealing with them as a buyer, a landlord, and finally a seller, we have not had a single problem with them. Tony found us a buyer very quickly and got us a great price. The sale was beset with delays and complications (through nobody's fault) and we owe Tony huge thanks for being so proactive and helping us get it through to completion.
