I have been registered with this Practice for nearly fifty years and have never found attending anything but pleasant. I have found all the Drs, nurses and staff to be consistently friendly and helpful even when under the pressure of recent years. The Practice always appears well organised and staff unflustered.

If i could rate it 0 stars I would, as some one who suffers with mental health, the rudeness of the doctors and the pure gas lighting is an absolute joke and now I've changed doctors they still managed to mess up my medication

Today's conversation was pure gaslighting. -you MUST come by car, stay in the car. You're 33, you're in perfect condition to see a doctor, there are hundreds, hundreds of people waiting to see a doctor, I'm offering you an appointment. -I do not have a car -get a taxi, whatever -Can I have an appointment after 1PM please? -You MUST call in the afternoon And finally, a terribly mean Byeee I understand that there is a lot of pressure on the nhs. That doctors are stressed. That home visits are impossible. But the intonation of the voice matters. A sensitive person will not take such a tone! Half an hour after the conversation, I was crying helplessly. Thank you I hope my illness will go away on its own without such help!
