        Bought and paid for oil over 3 weeks ago. Company refuse to deliver it unless more money is paid for as the cost of oil has gone up due to their delay. Call up the company, you sit on hold for hours if you have a problem, but when wanting to place a new order you get to speak with some one within minutes.

        Value for money but ordered on a 10 day delivery and arrived 2 days late without notice

        Ordered oil got an email to say "We've Got Your Heating Oil Order" and order accepted by bank but they haven't as the order was cancelled apparently logged in and checked on portal after 5 days of waiting for oil, manager said she will talk to IT and wont admit it is misleading to send an email out to say they have your order when they haven't, wont honor the same order price and said it will be 3 weeks until delivery if ordered today, ordering else where......
